A credit is how d5s measures your agents' work. Each run uses credits for the AI model and for any paid tool it calls, so bigger jobs and stronger models use more. Every plan includes monthly AI credits. See plans and credits.
No. Included credits reset at the start of each billing month, and unused ones do not carry over. Extra credits you buy are separate and do not reset.
Nothing is lost, and there is no surprise bill. New work stops until your credits reset, and the Usage page shows when. An owner or admin can buy extra credits at any time, and work then continues on those credits.
Pro and Max are for one person, and Max includes more AI credits for heavy daily use. Team is for a group: each person takes a standard seat, and a premium seat adds more credits for power users. One Team plan can mix both seats.
Every person in a team organization takes a seat. If your team buys seats upfront, a pending invitation also uses one. Agents do not take a seat: their work uses your plan's credits.
An added seat applies as soon as payment succeeds. A removed seat stays active to the end of the billing month. Owners and admins change seats on the Billing page.
Yes. Plans renew each month until you cancel in billing settings, and access continues to the end of the paid month. After that you keep your workspaces for 14 days without credits, and your work stays saved. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Every paid plan includes the full model catalog from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek and more. You choose the model for each agent. Stronger models use credits faster, and the most expensive carry a $$$ mark.
When you need SAML single sign-on and SCIM, audit logs, an SLA, your own model keys, or d5s in your own cloud or on your own Kubernetes. Enterprise also adds dedicated support and custom terms, such as an annual agreement. Talk to us.
Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel in workspace billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid month. Upgrades and extra seats apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing month. Enterprise agreements can be annual.
Team and Enterprise plans are for businesses. Individual EUR prices include VAT. The total appears at checkout. USD prices and business plans exclude VAT and sales tax.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on subscriptions. Extra credits are one-off purchases delivered at once and priced in USD in every region; your card issuer converts.
